With ten years of experience in birth support and nearly two years specializing in postpartum and infant care, I am dedicated to helping first-time parents navigate this journey with confidence. Together, we will explore evidence-based options for nutrition, exercise, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care, ensuring you have the best possible experience. I provide childbirth education and personalized support through 2-3 prenatal appointments in your home, continuous labor support, and day or overnight postpartum assistance. Clients describe me as having an extraordinary calming and affirming presence, communicating well and going above and beyond the support that they had in mind. My resume includes assistance with NICU transition to home, premature care, tongue-tie feeding challenges, multiples, cesarean recovery, identifying postpartum depression and more. My clients have the unique opportunity to schedule telehealth with an RN, IBCLC lactation consultant who services my clients exclusively. I offer complimentary consultations in person or via Zoom, where we can customize a support package tailored to your needs.
